Why You Need To UnZoom Yourself
Let's face it. Zoom and other video platforms are a part of our lives now.
The problem is that we get stuck in the "Zoomed in" perspective. Our focus and attention get small and all we see is the screen.
This can lead to a build-up of stress and pain in your neck, back, jaw ... and your attitude.
The UnZooming Yourself course works to retrain your brain, body, and mind to be able to Zoom while maintaining awareness of yourself and your environment.
You will develop the ability to Zoom in when you need and Zoom out when you want.
You will end the course with a greater feeling of focus, openness, and ease in your use of Zoom.
