Your feet, a remarkable part of you, serve as the foundation for various activities such as standing, sitting, walking, running, bending, and twisting.
Within each foot, there are 26 bones and 33 joints, offering a plethora of potential movement combinations. Unfortunately, we often underutilize this potential by encasing our feet in shoes, restricting their ability to move and adapt to environmental changes. This limitation can lead to issues like poor balance and stiffness in the ankles, knees, and hips. Surprisingly, even strain in the upper back and neck can be linked to a lack of awareness and flexibility in the feet.
