You will discover this to be a gem of a lesson. Lying on the floor, we cultivate a gentle and simple rocking motion from one side to the other by a diagonal holding the hand and the knee. Sensing and lengthening the spine is emphasized throughout. The sensations are just sweeter and more pleasant with each repetition of this lesson.
