Minimal Movements Lying on the Side

Taking the Arm Back on the Side

The essence of this lesson is “doing less” while integrating a growing complexity of movements combined with specific awarenesses.

“Minimal Movements” in the title describes the essential idea in this lesson of doing less. You lie on our side and take the arm back into a twisting motion. The lesson grows in complexity as we are asked to organize certain movements through several planes of action at the same time. A very cool lesson.
