“If you know what you are doing, you can do what you want.”
–Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais
So how do we come to “know what we are doing?” Developing our awareness is the path to “knowing what we are doing.” When our actions become REVERSIBLE, we can truly say we have more choices in what we do and how we achieve it. Being able to easily move from where we are…to where we are going…while being able to effortlessly change directions at any moment is the focus of our inquiry. Utilizing Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement®(ATM®) lessons, we will develop our capacity for “reversibility” and discover its impact on our actions, emotions and thinking.
