A fun lesson improving your ability to turn and rotate. Separating out parts of yourself, by constraining certain ones and moving others. You will experience greater ease in movement, your turning will improve, and you will experience length through your spine.

MP3 Download, 1 Feldenkrais Lesson.

Wrap your arms around yourself in a self hug and roll. In this fun Feldenkrais exercise you will separate various parts of yourself through rolling movements. Because you constrain some parts while moving others, old habits are released and new freedom is gained. As a result, you will experience greater ease in movement, your turning will improve, and you will experience length through your spine. And above all, pain and tension will be reduced or go away.

    Loved this!
Started with a lot of tension in my upper back (too much driving lately).. feels much more alive and at ease now. But lesson about much more than that.. lots of unglueing, particularly between the central axis and the rest. Also discovered that my left side was much more elastic and giving than right.
Enjoyed it immensely.. Will revisit soon.
    Thank you Al ?

After completing this lesson the first time I felt I needed a extra fifteenth minutes to get the full impact. After the third try this lesdon was fablous.
