Wrap your arms around yourself in a self hug and roll. In this fun Feldenkrais exercise you will separate various parts of yourself through rolling movements. Because you constrain some parts while moving others, old habits are released and new freedom is gained. As a result, you will experience greater ease in movement, your turning will improve, and you will experience length through your spine. And above all, pain and tension will be reduced or go away.
