MP3 Download, 1 Feldenkrais Lesson.

This is a fun and fascinating lesson. Because it creates a strong skeletal sense of yourself. Vibration is created by “tossing” parts of yourself into the air and letting them fall to the floor. You may be wondering, “Which parts?” The hand, foot, leg, arm, and head are examples. When they land on the floor they create a vibration through your skeleton. As a result, your nervous system organizes around this resonance relaxing muscles and improving posture.

the lifting of head and dropping was not pleasant however any atm that facilitates forces and reverberations through skeleton that is relevant for osteoporosis is useful. thank you for your generosity

l purchased Easy Hands and Arms, vol. 3 taught by Cliff Smyth as l already have his vol 2 lessons and l absolutely love them! l have problems with my shoulder joints mostly caused from years of over-stretching, which has resulted in rotator cuff injuries – often difficult to treat. Cliff’s lessons have helped me enormously to look at the bigger picture, learning to use my arms and hands more efficiently and giving me greater ease and functionality. Beautifully taught – Cliff guides you effortlessly through the lessons. Simple and clear instruction – so easy to follow and rich with learning. l would say to anyone if you have a particular interest in wanting to explore the arms and hands l can’t recommend these lessons enough.
