What is the best way to contact you?

Can I place my order by phone or mail?

If your concern is placing your order over the internet using your credit card, you will want to mail your order with a check or money order. If you place your order by phone, we still process your credit card via the internet. The only way to avoid this is with a check or money order.

To prepare your order, from your cart page, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Fill in your details are required, check the "Check Payments" and click "Place Order." Print your order and make your check or money order payable to: The Feldenkrais Store. Checks must be drawn on a US bank.

Can I download to my phone or tablet?

All our audio downloads are available as individual files and, if there are more than one file in a product, are packaged in a .zip file so you can download it all at once. Many phones and tablets don't work well with .zip files.

You can stream all of your audio and video purchases from your account page. Just log in and you have access to your purchased digital audio, video and books.

To download and keep the files on your phone, I recommend downloading to your computer and importing them via iTunes or some other media management app.

How do I access my download?

You can access your download a number of ways. You will receive an email receipt that will have a download link in them. You can also download them (and stream them) from your account page.

Just click on the link and your download should start automatically.

My download didn’t complete.

Sometimes the download process gets interrupted for some reason. Just try clicking on the link again.

I can’t find my download!

Your computer will automatically download to your default download folder. This is usually something like “Downloads” or your desktop.

I have forgotten my password.

Click the “Sign in” link at the top of any page. You will be taken to the login page. Click on the “Forgot password?” link and follow the instructions.

Where’s my shipment?

You can check your shipment status from your account page. Just sign in to your account and click on the “Orders”. Here you can find your most recent order and check the status.

If your order is being shipped outside the US it can take up to three weeks (sometimes more) to receive it. Countries that I know take longer to receive shipments - four weeks or more - are Italy, France and South Africa.

It is rare, but occasionally an order get’s lost. If it’s been more than three weeks in the US or four weeks for other countries, send me an email and I will investigate the issue and reissue your order if necessary.

I have a damaged product or blank CD / DVD.

It’s unusual, but it does happen. A product is damaged in shipping or a CD or DVD is defective in some way. Send me an email and I will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Please note that if you put your disc in your DVD player and you only have audio that you are probably listening to and audio CD not a DVD. DVDs are specifically labeled as such.
