This is a montage of a baby named Liv doing what babies do during their first year of life – moving, sensing, exploring and learning.

Many of Dr. Feldenkrais lessons were evolved from developmental movements of babies and children. In this video, you watch baby Liv go through spontaneous movements which guide her learning and development.
