Most of us hold a lot of tension in our chests and backs, limiting our ability to breathe, bend, and twist easily and safely. These lessons will help you mobilize your chest and sternum for more effortless and pleasant movement. Everyday activities like getting in and out of your car will become easier.

You do the lessons sitting in a chair. Because of this, anyone can do them. A dining chair is ideal. Chose something that has a firm seat. If you don't have something like that, then make do with what you have.
