  1. I’m so glad I found this class. I look forward to these unique and interesting lessons every week. Who knew you could do so much while sitting in a chair and feel so good in such a short time? Al’s teaching style is direct and clear, making the lessons very easy to follow.

  5. While I miss the Senior Center group dynamics, doing Al’s on line chair class is great!
