Ease in Everyday Action
Bending, twisting, folding, and extending—and the many ways we combine them—are the fundamental movements upon which the complex actions of daily life are based.
In this chair-based series, we will explore these movements and discover how they can become easier, clearer, and more fluid. As the underlying movements improve, so can everyday activities: looking over your shoulder while backing up the car, bending down to pick something up, reaching into a cabinet, walking, gardening, and exercising.
The lessons are done while sitting in a chair, making this an accessible way to explore movement and bring greater ease into everyday action.
