Is Coaching Right for Me?

What’s the difference between Somatic Coaching and Belief Coaching?

Somatic Coaching focuses on how you move through the world—literally. It’s ideal if you want personalized guidance on using Feldenkrais in daily life, refining your home practice, or getting more from your body-based learning.

Belief Coaching works more with how you think and feel—the unconscious frameworks that shape your decisions, identity, and behavior. It’s conversational, intuitive, and profoundly effective for change.

What if I’m not sure what kind of coaching I need?

No problem. Many clients start with Somatic Coaching and naturally discover deeper belief work they want to explore. Others begin with Belief Coaching and then use Somatic Coaching to integrate their insights into physical experience. If you’re unsure, just book a single session—we’ll determine together what will serve you best.

Do I need to have experience with Feldenkrais or NLP to benefit?

Not at all. I meet you exactly where you are. Some clients are long-time students of movement or mindset. Others are new but curious. You’ll be supported either way.

What kinds of results can I expect?

Results vary by individual, but here are some common themes:

  • More ease and clarity in how you move, speak, and act
  • Releasing long-held physical or mental tension
  • Greater confidence in personal or professional choices
  • A felt sense of wholeness and alignment

Can I combine Feldenkrais and belief coaching in a single session?

Absolutely. Many sessions weave elements of both. In fact, that integration—body + mind—is what makes this work so effective.
