What do I get when I buy a digital download?

Can I download to my iPhone, iPad, or Android device?

Yes. Log into your account on your mobile browser, go to “Downloads,” and tap the file you want. On most devices you can save it locally or open it in your preferred app. Or skip downloading and stream instantly from your account.

How do I access my downloads after purchase?

After checkout, your files are available in two places: the download links in your order confirmation email, and in your account under “My Downloads.”

I can’t find my downloaded files—where did they go?

Check your device’s default “Downloads” folder. On computers, you can also search by product name. On mobile, look in your Files or Downloads app. If needed, log into your account and download again.

My ZIP file won’t open—how do I fix it?

Most devices can unzip files automatically. If not, install a free, reputable unzip app from your device’s app store. If the file seems damaged, try downloading it again.

Re-download the file using a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, try using a different browser or device, and then contact us for assistance.

No. Digital products have no shipping fees—just instant access.

Can I re-download my files if my computer crashes?

Yes. Your purchases remain in your account for re-download at any time. We also recommend keeping a backup on an external drive or cloud storage.
