WHAT ARE DOWNLOADS?

Downloads are digital MP3 or M4A audio files, MP4 video files or PDF or Kindle eBooks that you can purchase and download from The Feldenkrais Store. Downloading the audio, video or eBook means you have immediate access to the product in a digital format that you can use on your audio player, smartphone, tablet or computer.

CAN I DOWNLOAD TO MY PHONE OR TABLET?

You will have immediate access to your downloads in the download section of your account page. In the case with most phones and tablets, you will be streaming the individual audio files, videos, and ebooks from your account page to use them on your device.

For audio files, if you are downloading to your computer, you have the option of downloading single files or the entire program in one Zip file. We recommend downloading the Zip file. Most operating systems will unZip it revealing all the files in one folder. Videos and eBooks are only available as single downloads. You can then drag and drop the folder or individual files into iTunes or some other media management app to access them and load them onto your phone or tablet.

HOW DOES THE DOWNLOAD PROCESS WORK?

You add the download product to your shopping cart and go through the checkout process just like you would for any other product. All of your downloads will be available in the download section of your account.

Once you click on the link, the download will start automatically.

I DOWNLOADED MY PRODUCT(S), BUT WHERE ARE THEY?

If you downloaded the files but you can’t locate them, here are a couple of things to try:

1) Locate and look in your default download folder. They are most likely there.

2) Search your hard drive for the item you downloaded. Copy the title from your account page and then search for it on your hard drive.

WHY WON’T MY DOWNLOAD UNZIP?

Most modern operating systems will automatically unZip the file, but on occasion, you might need the help of an app. Just go to your app store or Google for a utility that will decompress it.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED AN ERROR MESSAGE TELLING ME MY FILE IS CORRUPT?

It is rare, but occasionally a file will become corrupt when downloaded. Try downloading it again. If this continues to happen, contact us and we will look into the issue. Just reply to one of the emails you received from us or use the contact form on the site, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

IS THERE A SHIPPING CHARGE FOR DOWNLOADS?

There is no shipping charge.

CAN I RETURN MY DOWNLOAD?

No, there are no returns or refunds on downloads.

IF MY COMPUTER CRASHES, DOES THE FELDENKRAIS STORE HAVE A BACKUP OF THE FILES I ORDERED?

Your downloads will always be available from your account page. And of course, we highly recommend that you keep a backup of all your audio files, videos, and eBooks on another drive for safe keeping.
