By making small, slow movements, your aperture of awareness opens wide, and you more fully and accurately sense yourself as you move. This creates system-wide changes throughout your entire body.

We will explore three lessons done sitting in a chair.

I would place myself as more than a beginner with Feldenkrais lessons, but not much more than that. Every lesson offers guidance to me in the process of learning about my movements. Al Wadleigh’s instructions are clear and match my pace and language of learning. The Minimal Movements series was one of the more amazing sets of lessons. There is subtlety to this work that not just small and slow, but minimal, movement teaches. Thank you.
