We begin this lesson with the detailed sensing of the feet. As we do we have an emphasis on the pads (which Moshe calls the pillows) of the toes and heel. From there we go into detailed movements of the ankle and toes exploring many combinations of movements with the legs in varying positions. All this frees the hip, back and neck for easier, simpler and freer movement.
