Standing can be a challenge for many people, and I understand this struggle firsthand. In my younger days, I often found myself leaning against walls or posts for support. For me, intense anxiety stiffened my body in ways that made standing difficult.
Challenges with standing can develop from various sources, such as injuries, accidents, or the natural aging process. As we grow older, our balance and coordination may be compromised due to stiffness resulting from previous injuries, surgeries, or falls.
